Regional Sales Manager
De Heus, an animal feed company, with its Head Office near Camperdown, KwaZulu Natal, is looking to employ a positive, energetic and customer service-driven individual as a Regional Sales Manager in this exciting fast-growing concern.

Purpose of the Job:
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of the marketing strategies for the organisation on a regional level per animal sector. These marketing activities will include but not be limited to, media and advertisement campaign, sales volume, product and customer pricing, margin management, product development, distribution channels and human resources within the marketing department.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
The ability to show initiative and act thereon is essential, as well as the ability to meet deadlines in a pressurized environment. As a member of the management team this position will also require active involvement in the strategic future of the company and as a result a high level of accuracy and decision-making skills is required, coupled with excellent planning, presentation and negotiation skills. This position is not always subject to regular working hours and the incumbent will be expected to travel, but the planning thereof will be at own discretion.
Minimum Qualification and Legal Requirements:
A University degree in Animal husbandry and Nutrition or Marketing is a prerequisite. A minimum of 5 years management experience, with knowledge within the feed milling industry, Nutrition, the animal production industry and its key players will be highly beneficial. Advanced computer literacy is essential.
