PURPOSE OF JOB
Company wide Human Recourses issues and administration, including social media management and various HR project initiatives. Administratively very demanding to ensure information is accurate and updated due to legal nature of the department. The job demands a high degree of confidentiality and attention to detail.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
HR Operations
- Assist the HR Team in ensuring that all HR documentation and information is accurate and up to date at all times
- Assist with the facilitation of two-way flow of communication by disseminating information from management to staff and vice versa, where possible.
- Assist with all Admin duties as and when required, i.e. printing of documents, photocopying, scanning, e.t.c
- Assist with any other additional tasks as and when required
Recruitment & Selection
- Assist with the scheduling of CV’s and maintaining a database of talent pool
- Set up interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Complete reference checks on selected candidates
- Follow up on orders placed and deliveries with regards to uniforms
- Assist with travel arrangements for selected candidates
- Issuing of regret letters after interviews
Staff Presentations
- Assist with the management of campaign communication company wide
- Assist with setting up of Presentations at various branches
Policies & Procedures
- Assist with policy distribution and implementation when required
Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience
- Matric (Grade 12 Certificate)
- HR Degree or Diploma
- Possession of a valid Code 08/EB driver’s license
- Knowledge of HR Sage People 300 system advantageous
- Knowledge of current Labour Legislation
- Knowledge of BCEA
